SPINACH, CARROT, ONION, GARLIC, FENNEL
  • 1 cup sour cream (8 oz.)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (8 oz.)
  • 1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (4 oz.)
  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • In a medium mixing bowl blend together sour cream, mayonnaise, and dip mix.
  • Add chopped artichoke hearts and shredded Parmesan cheese, stirring well.
  • Pour mixture into 8” x 8” baking pan.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
  • Serve with pita chips, crackers, or toasted French bread slices.
