Sweet Potato, Bell Pepper, Onion, Celery, Curry Powder (Coriander, Fennel, Cumin, Turmeric, Fenugreek, Red Pepper, Black Pepper), Basil, Green Onion, Cayene Pepper.

6 cups chicken or vegetable broth (48 oz.)
1 cup creamy peanut butter
2 cups shredded, cooked chicken (8-10 oz.)
(optional: 1 lb peeled, deveined shrimp instead of chicken. For a party, garnish each serving with a sprinkle of roasted peanuts and fresh cilantro.)

In a 3 or 4-quart pot, bring broth to a boil. Reduce heat and stir in soup mix.
Return to a simmer, cover and cook for 15 minutes.
Stir in peanut butter until thoroughly blended.
Add chicken and continue cooking, covered, on low for 10 minutes.
Turn off heat, let stand covered for 5 minutes, stir, and serve.

We purchased this soup mix and it was easy to make up and very tasty! I added the chicken and broth as directed then I added some diced Yukon gold potato and butter beans to it as well. This was surprisingly delicious!! I have purchased other soup mixes from you and they have all been good. My family loved this one! Thank you

My first order of 6 soups included Thai Style Golden Peanut Soup and it's one of my favorites (along with Colorado Chicken Stew). I did make a couple edits and added 3/4 a can of lite coconut milk and 1/4C of sweet chili sauce. You could easily add a dash or two of fish sauce too. I'll be buying this one again.

I married a vegetarian and I was able to divide this mix in half and make his vegetarian and mine with chicken. We BOTH loved it and I will be ordering this again. It was easy, it was delicious and a perfect lunch (with leftovers) for a cold afternoon!

I had purchased this soup mix among various others to try out, aside from 3 that I had already tried and enjoyed, and it was ok. The taste was good, albeit a bit too sweet for my liking as a soup and the peanut butter was a bit… powerful, but it was delicious. However while my taste seemed to be mostly in favor of the soup it still messed with me a bit, mainly from the sweet potatoes. I never was a fan and continue to not be a fan of them but regardless I tried the soup and it was good. I would recommend people to try it at least once, barring they have no allergies, though I doubt I’d be purchasing it again any time soon.
